I had a year ten formal yesterday night! Night was lit, and I really had good time with everyone!
I didn't do my hair&makeup by myself, I went for a hairdresser for that (and met one of my friends there)! One of my hostmoms friends picked me up after 12.30 pm. They started to do my hair about 12.45 and finished at 2ish. Then one very good makeup artist came and did my amazing makeup for me! Then I went back home after three.
Then the actual formal. It started with taking pictures with everyone (I didn't get picture with everyone though) for an hour or something. Then we moved up to Fort Scrathly for dinner! The actual place wasn't too big but it was really pretty! We had mainfood&dessert. I had fish&chips for main, and some cake for dessert. It was really good!! The cake was a bit burned but it was still okay.
The formal committee in our school had made some awards (like king&queen, barbie, savage, most likely to work at maccas till 40, best dressed, biggest snake, bromance, two piece in a bod) and a slideshow. We had a amazing DJ and we danced a lot.
